What to Expect

  1. You may require skin testing for evaluation so discontinue all antihistamines 4-5 days prior to appointment. See list of antihistamines here.
  2. If you can’t discontinue them, come anyway. We will treat you first and test you later.
  3. If you are concerned about food allergies, please check the list of foods we have available for testing and bring in any other foods that you want tested that are not listed .
  4. Please bring all of your medications and medical records. These include but are not limited to:
    • Previous skin test results
    • Chest x-rays
    • Sinus x-rays/CT scans
    • Previous allergy shot records
    • Recent relevant lab results
  5. Our registration forms are found here so if you want to save time during the check in process, print them, fill them out, and bring them to your appointment.
  6. Activation of My Chart plus is recommended. You will get appointment reminders, be able to communicate with your provider via the portal and access any school forms or letters for at home printing.
  7. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee. The fee is $100 for new patients and $50 for follow up visits.
