Jason Lee, MD
Dr. Jason Lee was born in Korea and graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He is co-founder of New England Food Allergy Treatment Center and the former president of the Connecticut Allergy Society. Dr. Lee works in Manchester, Middletown, and West Hartford.
Jasmine Abbosh, MD
Dr. Jasmine Abbosh was born in Iraq and graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Abbosh went on to complete her Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Abbosh works in Middletown and West Hartford.
Gavin Schwarz, MD
Dr. Gavin Schwarz was born in New York and graduated from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed his Pediatric Residency and Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Schneider Children’s Hospital of the North Shore – Long Island Jewish Health System in New York. Dr. Schwarz works in Manchester and West Hartford.
Hillary Hernandez-Trujillo, MD
Dr. Hillary Hernandez-Trujillo was born in Connecticut and graduated from New York Medical College. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. She also has a master’s degree in clinical epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine. Dr. Hernandez-Trujillo works in Avon and West Hartford.
Wei An, MD
Dr. An was born in China and later moved to Wisconsin and where he grew up . He graduated from University of Wisconsin Madison School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Medical College of Wisconsin and his Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. An works in Hamden, Avon, and West Hartford.

Olivia DelloStritto, PA-C was born in Massachusetts and graduated from Tufts University. She then completed her master’s in physician assistant studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Olivia works in Hamden and West Hartford.

Ian Gragnolati, PA-C grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Springfield College. He worked for CAAC as a Medical Assistant from October 2020 to May 2021. He then completed post-graduate class work at The University of Hartford and received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marist College.
