Dr. Grodofsky was born in New York and graduated from the Queens College of the City University of New York and Harvard Medical School. He completed his Pediatric Residency as well as Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Grodofsky is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Allergy and Immunology. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and has hospital appointments at Connecticut Children's Medical Center, Hartford Hospital, Manchester Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Grodofsky is past president of the Connecticut Society of Allergy and Immunology, and is currently President of the New England Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is also Governor of Region 1 (New England/New York) for the Regional and State Allergy/Immunology Society Board for the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and the Hartford County Medical Association. Among Dr. Grodofsky's professional honors, he has been recognized and included in the Best Doctors in America, and Connecticut Magazine's "Top Docs for Women."
